In the early afternoon of July 9, we had an appointment with the talented Alexandre Delima and his Fall Winter 2014 collection.
After working with Christophe Josshe decided to take the plunge and showcase his Savoir-Faire à la française up close. In these 14 dazzling, glamorous silhouettes, we perceive a desire for perfection in pure, rediscovered tradition.
Rock influences with pieces such as the perfecto or the teddy in dipped lambskin. But this collection also reveals his main inspiration: nightlife and clubbing. A DJ in his spare time, Alexandre Delima’s creativity is inspired by hip hop, sportswear and science fiction films.
Playing with transparency and opacity, shine and matte, anthracite black and optical white, Alexandre loves opposites and oxymorons. Poetry in clothing is possible with Alexandre Delima.
