Lanvin, Men’s show, Fall/Winter 2015/16, Paris, with interviews

First show of the day on Sunday morning at Les Beaux Arts for the Lanvin men’s collection. And this season, it’s not just one, but a multitude of proposals that are paraded, with a play on proportions and volumes that reflects the motley cast. Pants are worn high-waisted, wide-legged or tucked into ankle boots. Shirts, sweaters and jackets are layered. Leather is laminated to neoprene, giving structure to shearling-lined jackets and parkas, or embellished with chains and metal eyelets. Once again, the design duo of Lucas Ossendrijver and Alber Elbaz don’t impose a style or an allure, but rather focus on the multiple needs and differences of men, in order to better satisfy them!
