COPALLI CACAO – BELIZE

Spirit drink made from pure rum and organic cocoa beans grown on Copal Tree distillery land. Obtained by macerating bean shavings for 1 month directly from the still, then re-distilled a 3rd time.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh cane and intense cocoa, hints of Belizean dark chocolate
Palate: Savoury, ripe berries, dark chocolate and roasted cocoa
Finish: Gourmet and long, creamy

CURRACH SINGLE MALT – IRELAND

By Patrick Shelley, founder of Origin Spirits (Kalak, Ornabrak) 100% Irish malted barley, GMO-free Irish Whiskey Single Malt, aged in Bourbon casks, finished 3 months in American oak barrels toasted with Atlantic Kombu seaweed.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Caramel, raisins, almond notes, roasted kombu aroma
Palate: Roasted coffee, salted caramel and dark chocolate and umami
Finish: Persistent and delicately sweet, maritime notes

MAISON BENJAMIN KUENTZ – BRETAGNE AVEUX GOURMANDS

Single malt whisky aged in ex-casks of a grand cru Château Rayne Vigneau

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Gourmet, notes of hazelnut, honey and cooked fruit
Palate: Saline, notes of coconut, pineapple and salted butter caramel
Finish: Almond and hazelnut, notes of honey dissipating on the final saline balance.

ZAKA GOLD – MARTINIQUE

Rhum Paille, made with pure rum from a Martinique distillery, aged under wood for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh and floral, quince, clementine peel, guava
Palate: Very rich on papaya and sandalwood, notes of Tonka bean and caramel sprinkled with nutmeg.
Finish: Notes of orgeat and guava, carrot marmalade and bitter orange peel.

PARTISAN GREEN – GERMANY

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet notes of wheat
Palate: Pure and intense, smooth with a touch of freshness
Finish: Surprising length. Subtle floral notes

MANCINO VERMOUTH KOPI – ITALY

Based on Italian white wines blended with a blend of roasted Indonesian coffee beans (14 Robusta beans, hand-picked in Java and roasted in Naples at Barbera Caffè, i.e. 0.5% coffee per bottle).

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet, with bitter notes of Robusta and Tiramisu
Palate: Subtle and creamy
Finish: Long, light, with sweet coffee notes

HYDE N°9 – IRELAND IBERIAN CASK

Single Malt whiskey aged 8 years in ex-Bourbon casks, finished 6 months in Tawny Port Cask casks from the Upper Douro Valley in northern Portugal. Whiskey produced 100% naturally, without GMOs. Bottled at 43° and not chill-filtered.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dried black fruit, notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and blackberry, notes of grape
Palate: Notes of green apple, honey, citrus, spices, dried fruit, black pepper and hazelnut
Finish: Long, fruity, malty, spicy, vanilla and buttery, lingering on the palate.
