Fall for Foucade Paris’ positive Yule logs!

“Everything good is illegal, immoral, or fattening.” Who hasn’t heard that saying before? When it comes to pastry, our hearts race. We imagine the number of sugar squares in a cake. We imagine with horror the amount of butter that must have been put into it… before cracking.

Rejoice: those days are over. With Foucade Paris, the capital’s first “positive patisserie”, there’s no need to feel guilty. The concept? Treat yourself… with healthy products! Revisiting the gluten-free trend, the brand offers colorful, light and tasty pastries, with few allergens and lactose. The perfect way to bring back the taste of natural products for the festive season.

Let yourself be tempted by one of our three positive logs!

La Chocolat Cru/Poire (75 euros for 6-8 people) :

Chocolate

Hand-crafted dark chocolate shavings release their powerful flavor on the palate; a smooth chocolate mousse; an all-chocolate fondant with fir-infused pear compote; a crunchy raw dark chocolate cookie… enough to delight even the most demanding gourmets!

La Tout Marron (65 euros for 6-8 people) :

Chestnuts

A sublimation of chestnut through textures: under the Christmas glaze and its shiny chestnuts, discover a mousse, a sponge cake, an ice cream and a chestnut fondant on a crunchy base of dates and buckwheat.

La Coco Exotique (65 euros for 6-8 people) :

Coco

A fine coconut snow covers a silky texture that gives way to exotic flavors: tangerine, mango and passion fruit combine for an airy, fruity finish, all on a coconut dacquoise.

Getting there :

On December1st, the chic and cosy Foucade Paris boutique opens its doors. In shades of yellow and purple, it combines softness and character. The gleaming brassware, reminiscent of our grandmothers’ cooking pots, will bring back fond memories…
