This men’s collection is entitled “Walrus”, an evolution of the collections’ names. “Mastodon” is the key word for this show. Fashion is a reflection of change, and change happens within us. We may fear change and cling sentimentally to the familiar – we travel joyfully into the unknown. But remember what you’re used to feeling. Jacket lengths are cropped and sleeves lengthened to change posture and lift the torso. Fabrics chosen are taffeta, silk and industrial cotton.
Twisted and mega-draped T-shirts create irrational volume. Leather jackets are tightened to mold the ribcage. Some pieces in the collection are embroidered with simple motifs.
