A new Perrier-Jouët ephemeral terrace at the Hôtel Raphaël

A new ephemeral terrace, designed by Perrier-Jouët, opened in June on the top floor of the Hôtel Raphaël. This Parisian palace was an obvious choice for its refinement and exceptional values. A veritable haven of peace, this terrace offers a 360° panoramic view of Paris.
In this chic, contemporary space, with its refined floral design, you can taste a selection of champagnes from the House of Perrier-Jouët (Grand Brut, Blason Rosé, Cuvées Belle Epoque). Exceptional vintages from among the House’s great cuvées are also on offer (Belle Epoque 2004, Belle Epoque Rosé 2004, Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2002).
Last but not least, discover the Raphaël cocktail, specially created for Perrier- Jouët (Grand Brut, strawberry purée, manzana verde, lime).
The summer season will come to a close with the creation of a wine and food tasting menu designed by the Raphaël restaurant’s young chef, Amandine Chaignot. This menu, to be launched in October, is sure to tantalize the taste buds of many an epicurean.
Amandine Chaignot, a brilliant career path…
Talented young chef Amandine Chaignot, 33, has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Paris: the Plaza Athénée, the Bristol, the Ritz in London, the Meurice and the Crillon. Now a rising star on the French gastronomic scene, she distinguishes herself by her frank, lively and contemporary cuisine. In 2012, she was awarded the Bocuse de bronze.
