Authentic photography, digital art or contemporary design at affordable prices are rare commodities on the art market. Art galleries generally offer discerning collectors, institutions and museums unique, large-format prints, or works produced in quantities of 3 to 5, at high prices. LUMAS opens up a new way of discovering and acquiring original, exceptional works of art at affordable prices.
In recent years, LUMAS has created a new online space and a network of galleries to enable new collectors and all art enthusiasts to discover the richness of contemporary photography. Over 1,400 works are available. The works on offer are originals signed by the artist and available as limited editions, generally from 75 to 150 copies. This number of editions makes it possible to offer affordable prices averaging between 120 and 800 euros. The primary motivation behind LUMAS is to enable everyone to acquire exceptional, museum-quality art photographs. And for the first time, in large formats of up to 180 cm x 260 cm, which is quite unusual in the art market.
LUMAS also opens up new horizons for young collectors by offering limited, signed series of design objects. Never before have the boundaries between art, design and architecture been so thin. Over the years, this meeting of genres has become the cradle of extremely creative and highly innovative concepts.
