The creation of Citadines Suites illustrates Ascott’s desire to develop and diversify its Parisian offering. The French capital is one of the key cities for the development of the group’s upscale hotel residences.
Located in the most prestigious and mythical districts, Citadines Suites residences offer an intimate and personalized atmosphere – a “Boutique” trend, where suites offer a concentrate of elegance with exclusive lines in a contemporary and refined style.
The first European residence to be awarded this prestigious label, the Citadines Suites Louvre Paris is located on rue de Richelieu, in one of Paris’s most elegant districts.

The building, which dates from 1908, features a typical Art Nouveau facade of ashlar decorated with balconies, sculptures and colonnades, and is the setting for this splendid residence.
