Citadines Suites Louvre Paris

The creation of Citadines Suites illustrates Ascott’s desire to develop and diversify its Parisian offering. The French capital is one of the key cities for the development of the group’s upscale hotel residences.

Located in the most prestigious and mythical districts, Citadines Suites residences offer an intimate and personalized atmosphere – a “Boutique” trend, where suites offer a concentrate of elegance with exclusive lines in a contemporary and refined style.

The first European residence to be awarded this prestigious label, the Citadines Suites Louvre Paris is located on rue de Richelieu, in one of Paris’s most elegant districts.

It adjoins the Palais Royal and the Comédie Française, and is just a stone’s throw from the Louvre and the Opera, close to luxury boutiques, renowned restaurants and numerous antique shops.

The building, which dates from 1908, features a typical Art Nouveau facade of ashlar decorated with balconies, sculptures and colonnades, and is the setting for this splendid residence. The architecture of the building makes the layout of each suite unique, reinforcing the impression of a “boutique residence”.

Citadines Suites Louvre embodies an art of living that’s both chic and contemporary, combining comfort, intimacy and history.

Citadines Suites Paris offers 51 suites. From the Première Suite to the Royale Suite, each boasts top-of-the-range amenities in a refined setting. Exclusive Suites and Royales Suites feature balconies overlooking the Comédie Française or the Louvre Museum.

The Ascott Group

The largest owner-operator of hotel residences in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Gulf region, The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has created a new label, Citadines Suites, to complement the brand’s existing Citadines Apart’hotel and Citadines Prestige offerings.

With its premium positioning, Citadines Suites is creating a new product range with a boutique residence concept, where the refinement of the apartments combined with highly personalized service will create a unique experience. Citadines Suites is a continuation of the brand’s move upmarket, to which the Group has been committed since 2010. Since then, Ascott has undertaken an ambitious renovation program in Europe, with six residences in London and Paris upgraded to the Citadines Prestige label. The Ascott Limited will have invested nearly 117 million euros in Europe between 2010 and 2015 in this transformation program. Citadines Suites aims to become a benchmark in the city hotel sector, meeting the needs of customers who, whether on a business trip or a tourist getaway, want to combine privacy and absolute comfort in an exclusive setting and exceptional location.

With Citadines Suites, every traveler can enjoy a unique experience while feeling right at home.
