With a campaign whose face is none other than the graceful Nicolas Ripoll, the Valentino spirit for the men’s line is all classicism and elegance. Transposed to the spring/summer season, it’s the perfect illustration of men’s wardrobe basics.
Blue is the color of the season at Valentino, and we see that the house also knows how to be modern thanks to the use of denim on denim. The classic cut of the suits is played down by flip-flops and sandals, giving the silhouette a summery edge.
The mix of materials, which was one of the strong points of last year’s collection, is once again at the forefront, through yokes with a strong graphic impact.
Valentino is also reinterpreting its ‘camo’ print, which was all the rage last season and can be seen on one of the jackets in particular.
The cast reflected this beautiful, classic collection: Nicolas Ripoll, Adrien Sahores, Arthur Gosse, Janis Ancens, Abel Van Oeveren, Clément Chabernaud, Victor Nylander, Alexander Ferrario Ian Sharp, Corentin Renault, George de Saint-Mars, Alexander Beck and Jakob Hybholt were among them.
