Happy Hour is now an institution, a veritable ritual. Happy City has understood this, and for the past 1 year has been listing the best Happy Hours in Paris. The practical
service uses geolocation to facilitate the search for the nearest Happy Hour.
The creators of Happy City, four friends, have created a website and a FREE iPhone/iPad application to showcase selected Happy Hours. These are listed by NEIGHBORHOOD, TIME, DRINK and AMBIANCE.
