The Danish designer lived up to his reputation at the fashion show held at the Salons Vianey on the Quai de la Rapée. On a dazzling white floor, the models, all sporting generous beards, paraded around an interactive set of drums whose monotonous music was punctuated by their footsteps.
A very large number of pieces were presented. Pants were worn in ¾-length and wide versions, paired with tights and thick knitted knee-high socks that matched the wool sweaters. There are also many sarouels in original colors and hats molded on the head like helmets. Graphic patterns on sweaters and jackets, stripes and colors. The return of the canvas backpack with leather straps is also noteworthy. However, all the designer’s originality and boldness are really expressed in two pieces: the loose, full-body jumpsuit that closes with two zippers, and the extra-large sweater whose hood has been replaced by a huge pocket that covers the entire back. All in all, a rather simple collection in terms of choice of pieces (shirts, knit sweaters, pants) but whose shapes, cuts and colors activate originality.
