Between the rigors of an icy late winter and the anticipation of sunny days, our desire for lightness can’t quite get rid of our need for warmth and gourmet pleasures.
To combine these opposites, Chef Renata Dominik has created a surprising and frankly irresistible new dish, which inaugurates a season of waffles, crêpes and other rolls at Café Prunier.
The Trio de Crêpes is a plate made up of three delicious little crêpes that take the genre up a notch.
These self-wrapped crêpes have been designed to showcase seafood products in a unique marriage of subtle flavours:
– buckwheat pancake, served with a Prunier caviar quenelle
– crepe flavored with Tonka bean, served with Balik Pearls salmon roe
– crêpe flavoured with dill, served with Balik salmon
The Chef suggests you accompany this dish with the new cucumber-dill juice, squeezed in minute.
A delight!
