Eden is a voluptuous duck foie gras mi-cuit with apples and ginger. The recipe, imagined by the House’s chefs, reveals a delicate and sensual combination of flavors. The mellowness of the foie gras combines with the tartness of Granny Smith apples and candied ginger. A touch of salt, white pepper and cinnamon sublimate the blend.
