Jean-Pierre Vincent, cellar master at Nicolas Feuillatte, has come up with a very pretty cuvée called Edition limitée, presented in an elegant bottle adorned with a black suit and bayadère stripes, a motif created especially
for the brand’s 35th anniversary.

In this Limited Edition, he has blended 5-year-old wines from the Pinot Noir (30%), Pinot Meunier (30%) and Chardonnay (40%) grape varieties. Its straw-yellow color is extremely limpid and luminous.
On the nose, the aromas are frank and powerful.
This reveals all the expertise and virtuosity of the cellar master: the notes follow one another, oscillating from citrus to fresh fruit, not forgetting dried fruit.
The generous palate has a fine structure. Power, elegance and freshness come together in harmonious harmony.
Nicolas Feuillatte Limited Edition will go perfectly with fish in sauce, scallop carpaccio with truffles, guinea fowl with mushrooms, or for dessert, a blood orange soufflé or tiramisu.
Available from April 2011.
