Returning to its roots, Colmar unveils its Fall-Winter 2026/27 collection, in which its alpine heritage is reinterpreted through a blend of functionality, minimalist design, and urban aesthetics. Outdoor wear remains at the heart of this collection, staying true to the brand’s DNA while embracing a resolutely contemporary vision. The collection is designed as a cohesive wardrobe, where each category of pieces harmoniously complements the others to create a versatile wardrobe.

The inspiration draws on the visual styles of mountain magazines from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, reimagined with a contemporary sensibility. This approach offers a fresh take on the brand’s heritage while preserving its iconic identity. Special emphasis is placed on the Après-Ski concept, which brings the atmosphere of Alpine resorts into everyday urban life. Here, the mountains become a symbol of rest, freedom, togetherness, and well-being.
The color palette evokes the natural landscapes of the Alps, blending snowy whites with nude shades, woody tones, and colors inspired by nature. The fabrics also echo the world of mountain gear: corduroy, flannel, faux fur, and faux shearling add depth, texture, and a sense of warmth to the silhouettes. Knitwear also plays a key role, thanks to its generous silhouettes and soft yarns, enriched with details that pay homage to the brand’s history and origins.
The collection revolves around several themes that explore the various facets of Colmar’s philosophy, ranging from the spirit of travel and the art of living to a tribute to its heritage and the warm aesthetic of Alpine chalets. The silhouettes are complemented by a selection of accessories designed to harmonize with the main collection in terms of colors and materials, including bags, scarves, and other functional pieces. Through this new collection, Colmar reaffirms its commitment to staying true to its roots while adapting them to the expectations of today’s audience. The result is a well-balanced wardrobe where functionality, comfort, bold design, and the spirit of Alpine living coexist naturally.
