Caviar Kaspia, one of the most popular meeting places for caviar lovers, established in Place de la Madeleine in Paris since 1927, has been based at the sensational Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort since May.
Bodrum, nicknamed “the land of infinite blues”, fuses the ancient elegance of the Aegean coast with modern contemporary energy. Offering an ultra-luxurious seaside setting, this new location joins Caviar Kaspia’s prestigious addresses in New York, Los Angeles and London.

The open-air terrace was entirely decorated by the Beau Bow agency, founded by designer Alexis Mabille, with the aim of bringing the French Mediterranean to life in the heart of the Turkish coast.
The gamble paid off: Kaspia’s house codes harmonize perfectly with those of a very Riviera lifestyle, illustrated by a palette of aqua greens and azure blues, green marble textures, and plays on transparency accentuated by a mirrored ceiling.
The restaurant’s close proximity to the coastline is further enhanced by a privileged access that allows visitors arriving by yacht to reach Kaspia Bodrum by sea, via a dedicated quay, thus extending this unique experience aboard their personal craft.
This ultra-luxury experience for hotel guests, yachtsmen and yacht owners is the very essence of the “Kaspia by the Sea” label.
And to complete the experience, inimitable house delicacies such as caviar potato, traditional Norwegian smoked salmon and king crab salad are on the menu.
