Clos La Gaffelière 2018, a rich, full-bodied wine

Created in 1985, Clos La Gaffelière is made with the same care as Saint-Emilion’s prestigious Premier Grand Cru Classé. The grapes come from a plot-by-plot selection on the hillside and, depending on the vintage, young vines from the Château La Gaffelière hillsides may also be added. Vinification and ageing take place in a special vat room and cellar.

Made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, Clos La Gaffelière 2018 is a full-bodied, fruity wine with notes of blackcurrant and black cherry. Its supple tannins make for a silky tasting experience that finishes on a long, lingering finish.

Clos La Gaffelière 2018 is available from wine merchants at the recommended retail price of €24.
