LAST DAYS TO TASTE THE CUVÉES OF LES 4 APPRENTICE WINEMAKERS IN BORDEAUX
Adrien Gallo & Bastien Pestourie, Alexia Duchêne & Marie-Pierre Lacoste-Duchêne, Amélie Pichard
& Benoit Souliès and Eugénie Degas & Guillaume Gibault each sign a Bordeaux wine emblematic of their respective adventures and artistic and cultural sensibilities.
Sweet white, red, dry white, AOC Barsac, Côtes de Bordeaux, Fronsac, Bordeaux… a lovely diversity of Bordeaux wines and terroirs represented in this 2020 vintage.
There are 4 of them. Young, curious, connected, avant-garde, urban, epicurean, prescribers, each in their own field. From cuisine to fashion, from entrepreneurship to music, 4 personalities meet 4 passionate Bordeaux winemakers, men and women who are craftsmen, converts and committed…. Together, in 2020 and 2021, they’ll be creating original, heterogeneous and responsible cuvées, the fruit of their exchanges and sensibilities. Les Apprentis Vignerons à Bordeaux is a human story, the story of personalities who become ambassadors committed to discovering the wines of the Bordeaux region, their specificities and diversity, as well as those who produce them. The result? 4 duos, as surprising as they are endearing, will combine their know-how and expertise, but also their taste and desire to share, to create 4 wines in their own image, from harvesting the grapes to creating the label. For over a year, they will first meet, then discover, share, learn, understand, assemble and taste each other’s wines. Bordeaux, Côtes de Bordeaux, Fronsac, Barsac… dry white, red, sweet… it’s the full diversity of Bordeaux wines and terroirs that will enable each “pupil” to create a unique elixir, committed to an environmental approach, which will see the light of day in 2021. From Paris to Bordeaux, from the hustle and bustle of the city to the calm of the vineyards, Les Apprentis Vignerons à Bordeaux is above all a human adventure that celebrates France’s preserved winegrowing heritage with a contemporary soul. In short, it’s a new way to discover Bordeaux wines and winemakers. An exceptional experience, an unusual and touching tape, to follow… and enjoy!
After a year of discoveries, exchanges, learning and sharing, the adventure ofS 4 duos comes to an end. But don’t panic, you’ve still got a few days to sample their cuvées!
