A haven of peace located in the heart of nature, a few kilometers from St-Tropez on the hill overlooking Gigaro beach, Lily of the Valley has established itself since its opening in 2019 as a benchmark in the landscape of luxury addresses offering both first-class hotel services and a highly specialized range of treatments and weight-loss support programs.
The establishment, designed entirely by Philippe Starck, is preparing to reopen its doors as official restrictions are lifted. Reservations are already open for stays in one of the 38 rooms and 6 suites in the green-roofed buildings, all with private terraces, or in one of the brand-new 8 pool-suites by the sea, due to open in June.
Customers will also find the emblematic terrace offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Now enlarged, it hosts the bar and guests of the main restaurant, Le Vista, where Chef Vincent Maillard serves Mediterranean cuisine with Provencal accents, using local, seasonal produce.
New equipment
The forthcoming reopening of Lily of the Valley has been carefully prepared to offer future residents an environment perfectly adapted to current conditions and new needs. All the spaces have been designed and equipped to combine the quest for rest with the possibility of working remotely, and thus pursuing one’s professional activity in complete serenity, in a unique and particularly rejuvenating setting. In addition, the management team, with the help of Bureau Veritas, has put in place all the necessary devices in terms of distancing, barrier gestures, disinfection, pathways… for optimum preservation of everyone’s health.
This reopening comes just a few weeks before the inauguration of Lily of the Valley’s Beach Club. Below the hill, the experience will soon be extended to the seafront, with a private beach, two Italian specialty restaurants and eight pool suites with 1 to 3 bedrooms, also entirely designed by Philippe Stark.
NEW 2021: Three weight-loss programs specially designed by Dr. Fricker
In the heart of Lily of the Valley, the 2000 m2 Shape Club dedicated to weight loss, sport and well-being, welcomes residents who wish to be accompanied in their slimming objectives.
This long-awaited reopening will provide an opportunity to discover the comprehensive programs specially developed by Dr. Jacques Fricker, the establishment’s referent. The nutritionist has developed his famous method for rapid and lasting weight loss in three themes and four durations. He himself trained the professionals responsible for monitoring residents, and worked hand-in-hand with the chef to develop menus specially designed for the programs, which residents can enjoy at both the Vista and the Club Housethe dining area at the heart of the Shape Club, ideal for a light, comforting break between sports sessions and treatments.
