Avnier x Saint James team up for a second collaboration, offering a French unisex collection with a sportswear twist, created in knitting workshops in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, Normandy.
From the street to the sea, each piece reveals an element of the DNA of these two brands.
The streetwear brand Avnier is a duo made up of Norman artist Orelsan and Swiss designer Sébastian Strappazzon. One lives by the sea, the other on the shores of Lake Geneva. For the two founders, the Saint James striped sweater represents a garment emblematic of their youth. Indeed, with over 130 years of unique know-how and an EPV “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label, it’s this century-old mastery that makes Saint James products virtually indestructible over time.
Conceived as a marine wardrobe with more urban cuts, this unisex French collection offers a balance between casual and chic, street and nautical, while remaining timeless. Essentially, the collection is made up of classic sweaters with utilitarian details and streetwear pieces such as jogging suits enhanced by marine codes among other sporty accessories.
