Summer is slowly approaching, and more than ever there is a desire to get together with family and friends for sunny meals and long aperitifs. Maison Henriot accompanies these moments of sharing with its emblematic cuvée: Blanc de Blancs.

The cornerstone of the Henriot style, the Blanc de Blancs testifies to the House’s virtuosity in working with Premiers and Grands Crus, and to its history of close ties with the great Chardonnay terroirs.
Mineral and complex, it’s sure to delight lovers of fine bubbles during the summer season. Its pale gold color is sparkling and crystalline. A lively effervescence and a procession of fine, delicate bubbles appear in the glass.
On the nose, insolent minerality and freshness are revealed, accompanied by aromas of citrus and sunny white peach. A bouquet of fresh flowers, honeysuckle, orange blossom and linden blossom, emerges. The notes are initially fruity with lemon and dried apricot, then pastry-like with that characteristic hint of fresh butter.
On the palate, the attack is dynamic, full-bodied and powerful. A touch of fresh lemon blends with notes of buttered brioche, followed by quince paste and acacia honey. Long, fresh and delicious.
This champagne goes perfectly with sea bream ceviche or fennel and preserved lemon risotto.
