V Generaciones, presented by Flor de Caña, the world’s first Fair Trade-certified distillery, has finally arrived in France!
This exceptional cuvée, aged since 1988 in a single bourbon barrel, is a unique proposition in the world of spirits, and embodies the rich history of the family, which owns the largest reserves of aged rum in the world. The ageing process, unique in that it lasts thirty years, is entirely natural, with the only intervening factor being the tropical climate, which gives V Generaciones its inimitable sweetness.
The story of Flor de Caña began in 1890, at the foot of San Cristóbal, Nicaragua’s highest active volcano. Founded by Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, the distillery has always been renowned for its top-of-the-range, aromatic rums, which have won several awards around the world. As the year draws to a close, the 5th generation of the Pellas family unveils an exceptional cuvee.
