La Vigne du Cloître presents its first wine vinified without sulphite, to be discovered from September in the Monoprix wine aisles: Le Mâcon-Péronne, lieu-dit “en Chassigny” 2017.
The sulphite-free vinification process, rare for a white wine, allows the wine to reveal all its aromatic purity, with a beautiful expression of fruit.
Serve chilled, as an aperitif or with a generous seafood platter!
