NEW WINTER CHALET AT THE PARK HYATT PARIS VENDOME

Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme presents its new winter chaletuntil March 15th, 2019

From November 24, the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme installs its famous Chalet at the heart of its winter terrace.

Built from an old sheepfold, this winter chalet has been completely redesigned.

It’s a brand new place that will welcome Parisians in search of escape and hotel guests to share an intimate, timeless moment.

Like the Palace, this winter retreat “nestled” in the scenery is designed to be warm and intimate.

A feeling of disorientation and magic is created by a snow-capped mountain décor straight out of a refuge at the foot of the slopes:

a haven of peace in the heart of Paris, a veritable cocoon where luxury rhymes with indulgence.

Inside?

A privileged setting for sharing a luxurious raclette in a calm and convivial atmosphere. The centerpiece is a large table with a plain, unbleached linen tablecloth, seating four to twelve guests.

Wool carpets, fur on chairs and a chandelier complete the winter decor.

Jean-François Rouquette, Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, will be serving Raclette Montagnarde with Saint Nicklaus cheese for lunch and dinner,

potatoes, as well as a selection of Alpine charcuterie that will delight afficionados of Swiss specialties. A Palace version with truffles will also be available.

Jimmy Mornet, the sweet signature of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, will offer guests an icy, tangy sweetness to perfect this timeless moment.

Outdoors?

An invigorating space, where fir trees take their place with :

– Homemade mulled wine from 4 p.m.

– Hot chocolate (a blend of caramelia, dulcey and guanaja chocolate seasoned with vanilla, tonka and cinnamon, with a hint of hazelnut paste) by Jimmy Mornet

– Goûter des Cîmes”, including a crêpe or a waffle and a hot drink of your choice from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

175 € per person for the “Raclette Montagnarde” menu

275 € per person for the “Raclette Palace with black truffle” menu
