Freshly refurbished last spring, the Hôtel Martinez invites you to its Sunday brunch during the autumn-winter season, imagined in the spirit of a “chic picnic & tradition”.
A thousand and one appetizing flavors are presented in a bucolic setting by Chef Christian Sinicropi. Depending on the weather, brunch is served outdoors in the Jardin du Martinez, or indoors in the Version Originale restaurant.
The menu begins with : an original country-style olive wood basket, served at the table and generously garnished with southern-flavored specialties such as fish fritto misto, mixed salads, pizza, pissaladière and Provençal pie, charcuterie, gazpacho-style velouté, etc… to continue with a choice of hot dish, aged cheese buffet, dessert buffet, viennoiseries… A profusion of dishes to enjoy with family and friends in a spirit of conviviality and sharing.
Everything comes together to make every brunch a unique and original experience.
