This season pits aristocratic flamboyance against the rough imagery of
grunge culture in naturally contrasting silhouettes, pairing oversized
plaid shirts or fitted blazers with sculpted mini-crinolines, embroidered jeans with bias-cut
dresses, sensual corsets with steamy blouses.
A collection inspired by the early 90s, a tumultuous and rebellious period marked
by the triumph of alternative rock bands, while neo-baroque opulence flaunted
on the covers of glossy magazines. The refinement and purely
Italian craftsmanship at the heart of Redemption give each piece a racy contemporary identity.
Unexpected alliances of ornament and sobriety, masculine and feminine, or
precious and raw materials sign the insubordinate character of the Redemption woman and
her awareness of her own body: she is capable of appropriating a haute
couture dress in silk organza or a luxurious blouse in cut thread with the simplicity and
nonchalance of a thrift store adept. The Redemption woman knows that elegance is
