For the festive season, Executive Chef Joël Veyssière and his team of pastry chefs have created a fairy-tale log inspired by Russian architecture and its icy climate.
Recognizable by its bulbous steeples, the Chef has chosen to pay homage to the remarkable architecture of Russian churches through the shape of his dessert.
For this new creation, he works the combination of citrus fruits and chocolate, while a regressive touch is added thanks to gingerbread.

COMPOSITION
Varied textures are found between the different layers, forming a harmonious, delicate whole.
A fresh, light note is added thanks to the orange crème brûlée pucks, topped with their ivory vanilla mousse.
All resting on a puffed rice crisp. An exceptional dessert, combining sweetness and tangy originality, that will take you back to your childhood memories.
