This year, Chef Guy Martin proposes a fresh, refined log reminiscent of the famous Buren columns.

Its name: L’exotique
The lychee mousse is enhanced with Timut pepper and a fine pink grapefruit jelly on a grapefruit zest cookie. Tubes of white chocolate ganache with grapefruit are set off by a lychee and grapefruit insert. This delicate log is decorated with sponge cookies, grapefruit jelly cubes, lychee and fresh grapefruit segments.

Chef Guy Martin has imagined this gourmet, chocolatey log.
Its name: L’instant Gourmand
This log is composed of a light chestnut mousse flavored with Tonka bean, a “pain gêne” cookie with crunchy, caramelized almonds, topped with vanilla and caramel-roasted pears.
