Armen Petrossian unveils Talisman®, the first liquid caviar.

A world exclusive, the result of three years of research, that reinvents the way caviar is eaten. With no additives whatsoever, this elixir made from the inside of sturgeon eggs sublimates even the simplest dishes: try it on scrambled eggs, tartar or burrata for a wow effect.

Another innovation: smoked pike roe. A refined and unusual dish, with bold flavors and dense grains that burst in the mouth. A refreshing change from traditional salmon and trout roe, to be enjoyed on a freshly baked blini or potato!
