Sponsor of the Venice International Film Festival for thirteen years, Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrated this ongoing commitment with a gala dinner on September 5 at the Arsenale di Venezia.
Geoffroy Lefebvre, Deputy CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, welcomed friends of the House and many prestigious guests, including Catherine Deneuve, Diane Kruger, festival jury member Rebecca Hall, Italian actresses Cristiana Capotondi and Eva Riccobono, international stars Ann Hsu, Shi Ke and Geng Le, and director Vivian Qu.
During the evening, Jaeger-LeCoultre paid tribute to Catherine Deneuve forher unique contribution to the art of cinema.
A friend of the House, actress Diane Kruger presented the grande dame of French cinema with an award on behalf of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
The Rendez-Vous collection of ladies’ watches, which has been associated with the world of cinema since its inception, had a special place in the spotlight that evening. The Venice Arsenale was transformed into a magnificent movie theater and film studio.
