Now, after sixteen years of slow maturation in the cellar, it’s time for the Second Plenitude of the 2000 vintage has arrived.
Dom Pérignon P2 2000 is the second expression of the vintage. Proclaimed, conscious, real, after seventeen years of production, sixteen of which were spent maturing on the lees in the Dom Pérignon cellar.
First declared in 2008, this 2000 vintage is reborn reaching its second Plénitude with energy, intensity and depth.
