PATRON Tequila presents a chic collaboration with renowned pastry chef Sébastien Gaudard, who revisits the traditional baba with an original creation based on PATRÓN Anejo Tequila: EL BABA.
A true taste agitator, Chef Sébastien Gaudard has imagined a new sensory experience: on a baba dough soaked in PATRÓN Anejo Tequila caramel syrup, this creation conceals at its heart a lemon cream topped with an airy chantilly, all scented with PATRÓN Anejo Tequila: an original and suprising recipe to discover!
For those with a sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Sébastien Gaudard offers 10 mini EL BABA in jars, perfect for keeping the real EL BABA flavor at home. Ideal as a dessert with Chantilly cream or accompanied by Madagascar vanilla ice cream, EL BABA is sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.
