At the turn of a path, the log is there, nestled in the heart of the undergrowth, elegant on its bed of moss.
Its unroasted cocoa ganache and dried fruit crackle in the mouth and rustle like dry twigs, while mint leaves bring out the fairy’s freshness and sweetness.
