Nicolas introduces visitors to other types of wine. With Les Petites Récoltes, the group has been building partnerships with winegrowers for years. Beyond the discrepancy with the notion of appellation, the IGP classification encourages a different kind of awareness. Novices and connoisseurs alike can enjoy and be surprised by these wines. This summer, three new vintages were highlighted, one from France, the other from Spain.

Tierra de Castilla PGI expresses the characteristics of the Tempranillo grape. The 2015 red reveals notes of red and black fruit. The flavors are perceptible, with hints of spice on the aftertaste. The 2015 rosé is similarly typical. Fruity accents shine through. They are expressed with more restraint, but are perfectly recognizable. The red fruit flavors are accompanied by a very slight acidity. Small harvests in Corsica_rosé_NICOLAS

The IGP Ile de Beauté is reflected here in a judicious blend. Cinsault, sciacarello, nielluccio, manage to intrigue. Notes of dill and red fruit are revealed on the palate. Cranberry and redcurrant stand out. Both rosés are rosés de saignée. A must-try to keep your taste buds entertained!
