Tasting :
The eye: Intense, brilliant golden yellow.
Nose: The first nose is intense. It offers quite varied scents of boxwood, citron, blackcurrant bud and redcurrant. Aeration intensifies and complexifies these aromas, bringing out tangy exotic fruits, white fruits and spices (green pepper, aniseed).
Palate: Fresh attack, well-balanced mid-palate and saline finish. The aromatic return is more focused on the varietal aromas of the nose (boxwood and redcurrant) to which are added fresh citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit). Good length.
Price: 19 euros
