Located in the Jardin du Palais-Royal, in the heart of historic Paris, the Restaurant du Palais Royal is one of the capital’s leading gastronomic addresses. We were able to try out this restaurant a short while ago and fell under the spell of chef Philip Chronopoulos’ cuisine.
Philip Chronopoulos, a young, dynamic and passionate Greek chef, stands out for his successful experiences at l’Arpège and l’Atelier Robuchon Étoile (2 Michelin stars), where he worked for 4 years.
Refined, perfectly-balanced dishes draw on the best of French cuisine as well as Mediterranean gastronomy, in keeping with the chef’s origins. You’ll also be seduced by the restaurant’s charming, discreet design.
By working on flavors, textures and fragrances, the chef sublimates products, revealing their quality while respecting them, with the aim of offering real moments of emotion and pleasure.
He imagines broths, sauces and stocks to accompany each of his dishes. Inspired by the seasons, he creates generous, gourmet dishes.
