Tasting

Complexity, finesse, elegance and beautiful amplitude for this 20-year-old … Like a miracle of nature, this magnificent amber-colored wine develops softly acidic aromas of dried figs that mingle with the evocation of sweet spices, then grows on more surprising notes of fresh licorice. An astonishing, long-lasting finish.
Perfect matches

This twenty-year-old wine reveals astonishing youthfulness and freshness. Enjoy it with blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort, or with chocolate and dried fruit desserts. Open an hour before serving and serve at 15°C.
Winemaking

Hand-picked. Destemmed harvest. The grapes are macerated for 30 days to extract the aroma and polyphenols contained in the berries, thus obtaining a well-balanced structure between fruit, alcohol and sugar.
