The Ep’ils space sets itself apart by offering a multitude of treatments across several universes:

– Face and body care protocols in partnership with the Yon-ka brand. – Hair removal services for face and body.
– A manicure and foot beauty area.

A cutting-edge selection of avant-garde and confidential face, body, hair and shaving care brands for men (Yon-Ka, Lames & Tradi ons, American Crew, Orofluido…).
We tested this center with great curiosity. The location is pleasant and the staff extremely competent. We were able to try out a range of services, including hair removal, a first for us. And despite the pain, it was a pleasant experience.

A MULTIFUNCTION DIGITAL Kiosk
Ep’ils is the first beauty center to be equipped with an innovative digital kiosk that centralizes customer reception. Customers can choose their treatment in complete discretion, by selecting the type of service they require directly on the digital terminal.
Once the treatment has been validated, the terminal indicates the estimated waiting time, enabling customers to manage this time by waiting on site or returning later. If the waiting time exceeds 45 minutes, an SMS reminder is sent to the customer 15 minutes before the treatment.
This device also enables the Ep’ils team to be fully available to its customers without interruption for the duration of the service.
In addition, the Ep’ils digital terminal is designed as a genuine digital application that is constantly updated to adapt to all requests and offer customers a place that reflects their image.
THE EP’ILS DIGITAL Kiosk TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING!
– Presents the concept of the venue, the different universes and the subscription systems.
– Presents details of “subscriber” and “passage” rates by service.
– Allows you to create your subscription.
– Indicates the duration of the chosen presta on. Indicates the duration of the chosen presta on.

Ep’ils offers its customers subscriptions for regular pampering at “subscriber” rates. Each customer who takes out an Ep’ils subscription is issued with an individual membership card giving access to rates offering -20% to -40% reduc on all services.
