Caviar is undoubtedly one of the most coveted holiday products. But unless you’re an expert, it’s hard to find your way around the plethora of caviars on offer.

Caviar passion is a caviar expert website, where you’ll find all the information you need to choose your caviar, as well as many rare products such as Black Diamond.

All the virtues of a noble caviar. Its purity and delicate aromas are bound to seduce connoisseurs and lovers of good taste.

DIAMANT NOIR caviar, a recent discovery by CAVIAR PASSION, is also a hybrid caviar made from the crossbreeding of two sturgeon species, Ascipenser Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenckii, as are our two caviars, Premium Sélection and Impérial Sélection.

DIAMANT NOIR Caviar is extracted from endemic sturgeon aged 8 to 10 years, originating from the Amur River in China, living in a semi-wild state in crystal-clear freshwater lakes free from pollution. These highly favorable environmental conditions favor optimal development.

The special feature of DIAMANT NOIR caviar lies in the strict selection by Iranian experts of the largest mature bronze to black grains. The taste, color and size of the harvested eggs are also similar to Beluga caviar.
The discovery of this caviar will surprise all caviar lovers. Its delicate, slightly buttery flavors and surprising length on the palate provide original, even unprecedented sensations of particular finesse.

Composition: Sturgeon eggs (fish) 96%, salt 3.7%, borax 0.37%.
