Tired of the damage caused by factory farming and the over-consumption of meat, which is bad for our health and the environment, Benjamin Darnaud decided to take the bull by the horns, opening his own butcher shop, Viande & Chef, in April.
This butcher of a new kind values every part of the animal and uses his chef’s know-how to advise his customers, teaching them to better understand and cook meat.
Cook and host of the TV show “Taste Hunters”, Benjamin Darnaud only works with passionate producers who want to preserve France’s beautiful herds. They are the ones who send the products when they are ready, and there are no new arrivals until the previous animal has been fully sold.
Viande & Chef also offers vegetables to accompany meats, sandwiches and takeaways. And the little bonus, the Brunch at Home Kit: pancake dough, eggs, bacon, roasted vegetables and pre-cooked meat, to finish at home!
