Champagne DELAMOTTE BLANC DE BLANCS, over 48 months on lees before disgorging, in half-bottles, bottles or magnums. 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, full-bodied, surprisingly delicate, yet round and mineral. In addition to its golden color, we’re looking for floral scents, especially rose, and citrus, angelica, with a hint of ginger and, on the palate, biscuity and bread-crust notes.
