A short while ago, we discovered the magnificent creations of Pastry Chef Ken Thomas, who has fun adapting the traditional chocolate egg to the seasons.
Full of mischief and creativity, the talented young Pastry Chef has imagined a collection of majestic sculpture-eggs in dark Tanzanian chocolate: blossoming spring, summer coconut, golden autumn and frosty winter. Each egg is set on a smooth, leathery, velvety or ribbed chocolate base in the shape of an unstructured cube – the pastry chef’s graphic signature, inspired by the geometric shapes found in the hotel’s architecture and decor.
Easter eggs from The Westin Paris-Vendôme are available to take away in a limited edition. Single eggs 99 euros, Four Seasons collection 349 euros.
