When the masculine touch meets sportswear at Vera Wang, the result is a strong, intense collection. From the very first outfit, Jamie Bochert makes his entrance in a slightly loose-fitting mini blazer and wool twill maxi skirt with elasticated waistband, the tone is set. The line is sleek, the proportions new. We move from a sweater dress in coarse cable knit to the purity of a long white crepe dress or another in black velvet, held in place by chunky black straps. Details are important, notably the linings and laces, which can be found on several models. Flowers finally make an appearance, but are embroidered on loose sweaters worn over slip-on dresses, or a sweater worn over a vinyl miniskirt. Black ankle boots with white soles.
