Once again, it’s Downtown, at the foot of the Twin Towers memorial, on the 43rd floor with a magnificent view, that Boss Women invites us to its third season under the direction of Jason Wu. The designer reinterprets the masculine classics, symbols of the house, in a modern silhouette. The line is sharp, built around straight coats worn over long, slim suits. The mix of tweed and knitwear in shades of gray, blue and black, with a touch of orange, reinforces the metallic, urban look. And let’s not forget evening gowns embroidered with plastic-coated sequins mixed with tulle. The fall is chic, delicate and elegant. Femininity in full force, a perfect collection for women like Julianne Moore or Dakota Johnson sitting in the front row. Of particular note: the perfect black tuxedo worn by Edie Campbell.
