For Valentine’s Day, they’re breaking away from convention with two elegant, sensual creations. La Fée St Valentin, a small individual dome, is the equivalent of an exquisite bite.
The superposition of different textures transcends the experience. A delicately spiced cookie and crisp shortbread combine with praline ganache, raspberry jelly and an incredible vanilla mousse. The taste buds appreciate the surprise effect. Aesthetically, the velvety red adds to the elegance of the silhouette. A perfectly hemmed, voluptuous mouth beckons for a few kisses.
For two, a chocolate sphere has been created. A special procedure is used to melt the chocolate and reveal a Valentine’s Fairy for two. An arrow pierces the heart. An invitation to happy agape…
