ANA has just signed a new collaboration with two Michelin three-star chefs, Pierre Gagnaire and Toru Okuda, to offer its passengers the very best in French and Japanese gastronomy. They join the exclusive circle of The Connoisseurs, launched by ANA in September 2013. This unique panel brings together 26 leading names in gastronomy, sommeliers, oenologists, sake specialists and ANA chefs.

Mr. Gagnaire and Mr. Okuda have worked with ANA to develop innovative and high quality dishes to offer our passengers meals worthy of our 5 stars, both on board and on the ground, always offering the best of Japanese hospitality.”
