  • Old Cuban Mojito
  • La Cave à Cocktail’s Old Cuban Mojito is a luxurious, refined twist on the famous Mojito. It was invented by barmaid Audrey Saunders in 2005 in New York at the Pegu Club.
  • It’s made with Sailor Jerry amber rum. It’s a Caribbean rum distilled in the Virgin Islands, spiced with notes of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
  • Fresh mint is ground into the blend, then gently filtered, releasing an intense essence with no residue in the bottle.
  • Here’s a true Old Cuban concentrate, rich in freshness. A touch of acidity is added by our duo of lemons, then softened by the amber sugar syrup. 1_old_cuban_mojito
  • Cosmopolitan
  • La Cave à Cocktail’s Cosmopolitan was invented in 1958 and published by Barnaby Conrad III around 1960, under the name “Stealth Martini”.
  • It was renamed Cosmopolitan in the 70s to appeal more to women. It enjoyed its heyday thanks to bartender Tobby Cecchini in the late 80s.

  • Margarita
  • La Cave à Cocktail’s Margarita is halfway between the classic and “Tommy’s Margarita”, invented in the 1980s by Julio Bermejo.
  • The origin of the Margarita lies in the fact that, during Prohibition in the 1930s, Americans opened bars in Mexico to circumvent the shortage of spirits.
  • Our Margarita is made with Calle 23 Tequila, whose main distilled ingredient we enhance with agave syrup.
  • Here’s a Margarita for you, twisted with a floral touch of lavender bitter and the tangy notes of our freshly squeezed citrus fruits.
