The Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme has teamed up with French champagne brand Dom Pérignon to offer an exceptional Bento Box to guests at the hotel bar.
The Dom Pérignon Bento Box offers a delicate selection of seasonal tapas, executed by Jean-François Rouquette, the Palace’s Michelin-starred chef, along with a glass of Dom Pérignon 2004 champagne.
A maestro cortador will also be on hand for guests who have ordered the Dom Pérignon Bento Box, to offer them 36-month-aged Bellota Grand Cru Iberian ham from the Salamanca region, from Jamon Boutique, throughout the evening.
