Known for its luxury hotel in Paris’s first arrondissement, rue Saint-Honoré, the Mandarin Oriental is embarking on a new experiment: opening an ephemeral bar.
Until October 19, Bar 8 of the famous Parisian hotel will be transformed into a Happy Bar. This is an opportunity for newcomers and regulars alike to discover and rediscover this cosy venue. To mark the occasion, guests will be able to sample new cocktails specially created for the opening.
You can also enjoy THE Happy cocktail. A blend of apple juice, pineapple, lemon juice and cotton candy espuma. To accompany this delicious cocktail, you can add a few tapas made by French chef Thierry Marx. You’ll then enjoy an assortment of sandwiches, for the savory side, and multicolored macaroons, for the sweet side.
