ROCK en PLEIN AIR

In the open air: liberating energy: a desire for independence.

Blugirl’s Spring Summer 2015 collection captures the romantic experience of bohemian festivals that bring people together in a rock spirit: Glastonbury in England, Coachella in California.

An irreverent, instinctive mix and match in which past and present, urban and vintage, rigor and suppleness mingle in a movement of free, personal style. Fashion knows no borders or barriers.

Ripped, embroidered denim jackets mix with Caftans. Long plays with short, transparency opposes embroidery. Satin tunics are combined with shorts. Corolla dresses are marked at the waist by leather belts. Dresses in black Sangallo lace radiate light.
Camouflage patterns are enhanced by floral prints. Chiffon skirts rub shoulders with girly jersey dresses, lace T-shirts are complemented by denim jackets and shorts that nod to the Roaring Twenties.
The collection’s materials are chiffon, voile, sangallo and denim. The color palette mixes shades of white, mauve, peach and violet with touches of blue, black and gold. Silver and powder-pink sequins run through the garments.

Accessories set the mood: distressed leather boots, backpacks and messenger bags.
Flower crowns adorn the hair of girls who live in symbiosis with nature, and colorful sunglasses protect their eyes from the bright sun.

The romantic vision of eclectic dressing: reconciling two different worlds, a blend of peace and joy, through style.
